Aptiv Releases Comprehensive Open-Source Automated Vehicle Data Set:

nuScenes includes 1.4M images, 390k LiDAR measurements, RADAR, accelerometer and GPS data.

Within that data, there are more than 1.4 million bounding boxes that have been applied by hand to label road users organized into 1,000 scenes.
